I led the redesign and restructure
of Tsoi/Kobus and Associates’ intranet, a tool that
improved interoffice communication and created
a cultural “center” for the firm. The redesign
addressed long-standing issues of site usability
and workflow, and enabled the use of the site as
a sandbox for testing ideas and techniques. New
features included a dynamic homepage highlighting
staff-submitted news and announcements, an
interactive staff listings page, and a synced
calendar.
